Calisthenics during confinement

Currently we are living a very complicated moment, this is due to a worldwide pandemic due to Covid-19.
This disease has caused us to be confined at home for a long period of time. Physical exercise is very important to maintain good health and calisthenics is one of the best options.


Below we will show you a selection of exercises that can be performed during confinement in which hardly any material is used. The exercises are intermediate-advanced level. But there are easier adaptations.
The exercises are:
  1. Pullups
  2. Human pullovers
  3. Rotational push ups
  4. Biceps chin curl
  5. Upright triceps dip
  6. Banded bulgarian split squats
  7. Slick floor bridge curls
  8. Glute/Ham raises
  9. Handstand pushups
  10. Face pulls
